As a luxury wedding planner and business owner, I was managing timelines, vendors, clients, marketing, and growth. At the same time, I was raising three kids. There was no room for scattered processes or “I’ll figure it out later.” If it wasn’t structured, it was taking up time that I didn't have.

I created They Flourished because I know what it feels like to want growth and also want peace. My goal is to help others to do less work for more aligned, higher-level clients.

When you know that you have a beautiful brand presence and a killer back end system supporting you, you stop carrying your business in your nervous system. There's nothing more freeing than that.
